Application for withdrawl - submitted in March 2011.

1./ I worked for the Organization from August 2006 - August 2010.
2./ Organization name - "XXX' till June 2008 after that it was being merged with ZZZ Brand Name & XXX renamed to YYY ltd..
3./ Since, Global One was not having any direct Provident Fund account, it was having its own trust.
4./ In 2008, when XXX employees transfered to YYY ... Pvt. ltd., organization have submitted all trust amount to Provident Fund department with complete interest by cheque against 73 Employees which are being transfered to YYY ltd..

Issue : Provident Fund Balance is only reflecting amount after 2008 till date, but not the earlier amount (ie; before 2008 amount is no where )

Few days before, I got greivience reply that my account has been settled & amount came into my NEFT mentioned savings account

Discripency: The amount which came into my account was for the period of from August 2008 - August 2010, what about the my earlier amount which was being submitted to RPFC against XXX Ltd. under RPFC Code HR/GGN/30xxx ?

I am still opening many grevience to RPFC, but they are just saying amount has been settled.
I am almost loosing my half of the amount.

Please help.
