I, Atanu Ghosh, am an Ex-employee of TechMahindra Ldt. I resigned from this service on dated 30-07-2010. My PF number is MH/PUN/34224/39288.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms (10C & 19) on Month of July’2011 and all forms have been received by PF office Pune on dated 05-Aug-2011. It is more than 180 days.

When I checked in PF website still it is showing below status

I had registered with the Epfigms website on dated 28-NOV-2011 and sent a complaint. The grievance number is ROPUN/E/2011/10974. I got an automatic reply that some Officer named Shri S.K Thakur (R.P.F.C (I)) has been entrusted to attend to the matter.

Later I sent twice reminders but till date I have not received any response from him. I have sent several mails to PF office India and concerned Regional PF office PUNE. But I haven’t received any fruitful mail from them. Several times I had tried to contact over phone (020 26402158, 26449150/51) but when they attained the call they collect my mobile numbers and said we will inform. But till date I have not received any response or messages from PF office Pune.

With the world moving so fast with digitization and computerization it should be a matter of few days for any settlements or transfer of information etc. But our Govt Offices seem to be immune to all positive changes and all are well cocooned.

So ultimate I didn’t get any responses from anywhere. So I don't know how to raise my problem and when my PF withdrawal will be settled. Then what do I do to get my own money?

You are my last hope. Please help me to get my money I shall be very thankful to you.
