I I would like to inform you that I had applied for my Provident Fund withdraw application in November 2010. Along with application I had given my bank account details of ING Vysya Bank , Dwarka Branch, New Delhi and a cancelled cheque leaf duly signed by me was also attached. . My last transaction on this account was more than a year old and due to the reason bank has closed my account with out any intimation to me. Hence , at the time of applying my PF withdral I had given this account details enable you to credit/issue cheque in favour of this bank.


Now, as per the information my above application for withdraw has been approved and amount has been sent ING Vysa bank and due to closer of account the amount has been returned back to PF office..


Due to the above reason, I had submitted all the re-submitted the documents in September 2011 giving my present bank details of SBI, Dwarka Branch, New Delhi. Have also enlosed one cancelled cheque leaf for their reference. It is more than 5 months and have no information about my refund. Since I am staying in Delhi I do not know how to contact them. I had tried their tepehone sevel time but could not succeed.

I request your goodself to look into the matter and get me my PF amount at the earliest. Thanks.
