with reference to above, i would like to inform you that i have received acknowledgement for withdrawal of my pf money
duly epf stamped on 22.11.2011. I have resigned from my company in july 2011. After so many reminders and visits to epf office, no
satisfactory answer has been given to me and still i see no sign any improvement in my case. Sir, i request you to kindly look into
the matter and take necessary action against concerned department as this is not question of only my money, it is a question of
so many employee who might have facing the same problem.

I hope you understand our problems and will definitely do the needful.

I would like to inform you that i have PF a/c MH/23305/009659 Blue Dart Express. I got a letter from your end Dated 25/07/2002 which shows that two cheques 8510354673213 were issued to me 25th July 2002 in my ICICI a/c no 007101014805 amount not yet credit to my account I attached the co mail which i received on 25th july 2002 from your office and already new account number with Punjab National Bank is 1514000100197571 Branch Khanpur New Delhi-110062
Kindly do the needful Please issue the new Cheques in my Punjab National Bank Account
