I worked for icici bank jhansi(u.p) branch , my employee code was 214510 and last year i left the company, before relieving form the same company i sent my PF withdrawn form to the concern department but unfortunately i forgot tu send my pancard xerox so it got rejected but i did not get any intimation from the other side that it has been rejected , i kept on waiting for my PF and the number they have provided is properly useless , they never pick up the call. This is very humble request to you all plz look after this matter. This people treat there employees like a slave. I am totally financially fucked up but there are least bother about this.

I was working with ITC Hotels division from the year 2002 until 2009. In the course of my first 2 years of employment the company’s hotel’s division had merged into ITC limited. This being the case our PF account had not been changed from the current employer ITC Hotels to ITC limited. During the course of my employment I had sent the details asking the head office to transfer my old PF account on one instance and withdraw it on one instance. However due to poor office management the HQ team misplaced my withdrawal form. I quit my job in 2009 and moved out of the country. However prior to leaving I submitted a fresh withdrawal application which was again misplaced by the HQ. The common answer I got from HQ was that they sent the withdrawal form to PF office but had some issues with the Administrators signature.

I waited patiently until this Feb. when I resend the form. All this while I was out of country, This time again the officer concerned misplaced my PF withdrawal form.

As a matter of fact I have over 30 plus email transacted between me and concerned HR managers of ITC some of them having very terse replies.
I would seriously urge your help in this regard. I had filed a complaint to the EPF office however since this is not under their preview they were not able to help

I can email all the mails just to give a gist of what has been transpired so far and the lack of response. I can submit all the details including courier POD's to substantiate my claim. These are just some of the recent mails. I have them going as far back as 2009 since the previous ones were from my official mail id while I was employed.

I have left my organization on 27/jun/2011 still not recieved my PF amount i have also submitted my PF form to my organization 6 month back and my HR told me that my PF form is in process and he was submitted that but on PF online site i found that my withdrawal form is not submitted . I am calling him from 2 month but he is comming on phone not even responsing my mails kindly advise me.

I am working in a Outsourcing Company since 15 months. As I was sick,
I was in leave from past month. Doctors suggested me not to work
atleast for 3 months. The same thing I intimated to my office. They
replied that I can join back, but i will be demoted and all my
allowances will be cutted.

I am ready to serve the company by giving notice period but they
warned me that if I am about to give the Resignation, they are going
to Terminate me on the spot without giving me any work experience for
those 15months. Now what happened is, all my transactions are kept on
hold. Not even my previous salary is credited yet.

Please suggest me how to respond in this situation, and let me know
what is the correct procedure to withdrawal my PF and how should I
proceed if my company failed to process the PF forms. Finally, Is
there any way to know our PF balance.

Kindly help me on the above, So I can start the process as soon as possible.

I submitted request for PF settlement in the first week of Nov 2011. I have sent so many emails and reminders on this. Each time Microsoft Payroll team ( which seems to be outsourced) says they are doing it, but they have not settled it yet. They also created CASE IDs:Case HR-295923-W2W3G7 , but there is no action taken for follow up on this.
I am planning to send legal notice for quite some time, but I am given a false promise that it will get settled in 2 days or a week.

I had been appointed as an Officer (Technical Services) at Junagadh (Gujarat) in Jaiprakash Associate Ltd. (Cement Division).

Since relieving, I have applied for Provident Fund withdrawal time to time but haven’t got any response from concerns so far. I have been in live touch with concerns at Regional Office i.e. Ahmedabad office but so far haven’t got any status of the applications either.

It has been two year since I left the organization but so far there isn’t any progress on this and the matter stands still as it is.

Your good self is kindly requested to take the matter into consideration at the earliest and to bring the concrete solution of the same.
