Respected Sir / Madam,

This is regarding my Provident Fund which I have not received till date.

I raised a grievance request on the PF website on Mon, Feb 7, 2011, for my PF which was not received by me, for which I had applied in 2010 with my employer Convergys India Pvt. Ltd.

I received a confirmation from the website as below :

Your grievance has been registered in EPFiGMS vide Registration number HRGGN/E/2011/00543 and has been sent to:

I called on the above mentioned no. but no one receives the call (at any time of the day).

Yesterday, on 19th Jan. 2011, I received an email from them (almost after a year) mentioning that the PF had already been settled.

email as below :

"This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number HRGGN/E/2011/01826.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
Your pf and eps has been settled for Rs 12548/- 4366/- vide chq no 441624 and 448809 dtd 13.08.2010

Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.

Note: Its a system generated reply hence does not require signature.Please do not reply it."
I replied back to the email despite there being a note as not to reply.

Please help me get my money as I am the sole bread winner for my family and the amount mentioned above would be of immense help to me if received.
