I am an employee of NRHM working at Bhurbandha Riverine PHC at Nagaon district of Assam. I joined on 7th Jan, 2011 at fixed monthly pay of Rs. 15500.00. Unfortunately, I was paid only Rs. 13000.00 per month for initial 3 months. When I complained it to the state NRHM office, they ordered their authority to pay me according to their MoU and also to release my arrear salary soon. According to the district health office, Nagaon , it was confessed as technical mistake. So they followed the order of state NRHM office in paying my monthly remuneration. But, the authority has not released my arrear salary of initial 3 months which claims to be Rs. 7500.00 , even after several reminder the authority doesn't respond it.
Therefore, I require the corrective measure to solve my problem and reimburse my arrear salary soon.
