My PF account number is with Gurgoan; and i worked previously with Convergys India. I claimed for PF withdrawal after leaving the company.

About 7 months ago- I got an SMS from EPFO office stating that they have issued my cheque for Rs. 71,724/- on 7th July 2011. But i never recieved this amount.

The amount of Rs.71,724/- STILL not recieved via cheque - 858392. I registered a complaint with the EPFO grievance portal at their website; However- even after lodging over 5-6 complaints (they reply back after a month from registering the complaint stating that they have already dispatched the cheque)
I checked with SBI - since the cheques get deposited there, however- SBI stated that they need a UTR for the cheque number since they will not be able to track cheques. They can track only by UTR.
So now i've been following up with EPFO website again to get the UTR number-but in vain- they just respond vaguely stating that the "CHEQUE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED" and they close out my complaint.

I am stuck in a loop and have no idea how do i withdraw my PF.
