Dear Sir/ Madam

My Previous Employer is not forwarding my PF Returns Application which i submitted to Genesys International, Seepz mumbai on 19-Aprl 2011 since then they had not forward my PF returns Application to PF office, I contacted them over telephone & email they are not giving good reply.
My employee code was GI236
Account No. MH/44139/383
My joining period was 14-02-2001 to 7-10-2003

since then they had not forward my application
1st time i applied in 2004 they lost my application, i came to know after i came from abroad
2nd time in 2011 they are not responding

Kindly help was can be done to get PF amount as i urgently need this money
