Dear sir

I am P. Mani . Ex employee of M/s.Samudra Bio pharma Pvt Ltd , Tiruchendur my PF Account No. is TN/MS/49414/161 , after Samudra Biopharma is closed the offered me an employment in ABL Biotecnologies Ltd with PF account no. is TN/ MS? 39665/434

After ABL Technlogies ltd is clsoed , I sent my settlement form 19B And 10C before 2 years I neither received the money nor the settlement forms .

Now I come to know that my previous employer have remitted the arrears in full.

Can I submit the settlement forms once again.

There are nearly 15 Ex - employees of Samudra Biopharma P Ltd were also submitted their respective claims , They also not received anything.

Please advice me as to what I can do further to receive the settlement at the earliest .
