I am Sapna Kumari. I resigned "LORD'S PLAZA" Bangalore more than 4 months ago but company is not ready to fill up the pf form because of which it is getting delayed. Please let me know what should i do. I worked there for more than a year and I think that my pf has not been deposited by the company because of which they are not filling up the form as asked by pf office personnels. My pf no is - KN/46912/4
