Dear Concerned..

My PF Claim is submitted to KD-MAL ( MH-KANDIVALI) on 01.08.2011 by my earlier employer Agility Logistics Pvt ltd.. But till now the status is showing as "still under process". Pls understand this is my PF money i am need of my money very badly, this delay from PF office is effecting me too much..

Request the concerned branch office to act upon this very seriously and credit the money in my ICICI account, details already provided along with the claim form ..

I hope my request will be seriously answered..
