Dear Sir,

I left the Organisation, Dorsch Consult (I) Pvt Ltd in the year 2006. After getting NOC from the firm, I duly filled up the EPF form. In the mean time I went to Mauritius for one year contract. After my return when I enquired Dorsch about my EPF settlement, I was asked to submit photographs, which were submitted to them immediately. Here after I kept on enquiring, but I was getting the same reply that we have submitted the form and our responsibility is over. Approximately after two years I received a letter from the EPF office to submit all the relevant documents with respect to my employment with the firm and duly attested by the firm. I submitted all the documents to the Dorsch Organization and got it attested from them. These attested documents were submitted to the EPF office in the month of March 2011. Presently I am posted in Bhuj (Gujarat) and it is not possible to take leave and visit Kandivali office. But still I have visited the office twice and contacted the concerned officer many a times on his mobile. His response is totally negative. His name is Mr. Nirmal kumar and is mobile no. is 9987576427. My EPF account no. is MH/92188/65. I hope with this complaint I will at least get the idea to move ahead. kindly guide me.
