But, till now I haven't receive any payment about the two cheque. I have asked my local SBI bank, they not ensure me about this payment.

I have send to 12th reminder mail to Bandra office. (Atten. Mr P.U Kulkarni) regarding this but I haven't get any feedback from his end.

So, I request to you please take a necessary action on this, immediately.

This is Dibyendu Roy. My PF account number is MH/46747/35383.
I applied for PF settlement and received a Sms on 30/08/2011, saying “YOUR PF WITHDRAWL FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO RPFC, BANDRA ON 30 AUGUST 2011. PF AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR BANK A/C WITHIN 90 DAYS- RBPO HR”.

I worked at RBPO from 25/09/2008 to 07/01/2011 and I got this message from their side.
Today is 22/11/2011 and yet I did not get the PF amount or any notification thereafter.
Kindly check the status and reply.

Hello Sir,

My name is Anuj Gadre, I was employed at AEGON Religare Life Insurance in Mumbai, I have submitted my pf claim to my employer in the month of July 2011, the same has been reached to Bandra PF office on October 8, 2011, below is the screen shot of pf claim status displayed at EPFO website -

Since I was not working for more then 6 months, I was not able to pay the dues of different banks from which I have taken borrowings, with the help of this amount I will be able to complete all my dues along with interest. The problem is since I am not able to pay my dues the interest amount is increasing day by day, also I do have the entire responsibility of family over me which again make this amount very important from me.

I have done follow up many times, registered complaint at EPFO web site, I am sending regular reminders, but no response is coming from their side, not even a single confirmation email that they are working on my complaint.

I request you to please help in getting my pf balance as soon as possible.
