    Dear Mr. Jasvir,

We would like to suggest you to send a RTI Application to the PF Deptt. on the name of PIO (Public Information Officer). Attach a DD or postal address of rs. 10 in favour of PIO, EPFO at their Head Office address. Mention the points/ details you want to ask from the Deptt. and under RTI Act the Deptt. will have to provide you desired information within 30 days after receiving of your complaint. The is the best way to take any information from any Govt. Deptt. and to convice them to resolve your issue.
