Previously i am working with Birla Sunlife ins. Co. Ltd.
As a Agency manager in Baroda branch (Alkapuri).
My emloyee id is 23266.
I have to leaved this job due to my boss Mr. Bhavin Shah , "he took my regin in advanced by forcefully at 1st day of Jan 2009 and he told me if you'll be do a 100000/Rs. business so he dont put this. And he told me its a formality he dont accept my Regin. And as per this i done my worke hard for my job till 22 of Jan 2009. But due to some circumtances i can't achive that target, but i worked really hard for that sir.

And 23th he told me don't come at office otherwise Security will be stope you to entered in Office, coz he put my resign on the 1st Jan 2009. And in between of 1-01-09 to 22-01-09 he restricted me to sign in attendence master and told me if u sigb i will be absconding U with immdiate effect.

And now i got the call from Alkapuri Baroda office he told me," you have to be pay recovery rupees to Co. for not giveing a notice period",
But sir as i wrote above my boss did not give me a chance for that even i insist to give me a some day to prove myself but he did not do that.

Even still i don't get my Provident Fund rupees and now they told me you have to pay recovery Rupees then we release your PF otherwise you can't get your PF also.

So, PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME cause HR IS NOT that much supportive at that time and now also.

And sir what happend with me is a trend of our branches so how they told me for recovery rupees to not giving a notice period. so do something for me cause i am not able to pay any more rupees( cause i am only one earning member of my family i hv a responsibility sir)

I am Pirtima Singh. I joined Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited on 15/10/2009. My Ingenium code is IO4310. I was told By Nirupendra Singh (Area Sales Manager,Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited, Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore) in the interview that i am joining as Unit Sales Manager and my salary would be 15000 per month. I completely relied on this verbal information and performed the job at my best. I didnt get any offer letter or training at that time. I was told that i will get offer letter after a month. So i worked as an unit sales manager till today. Today only i got my offer letter in which it is mentioned that my position is Associate Unit Sales Manager and salary mentioned is 10500 per month.

I am totally shocked. I enquired to Mr. Nirupendra about this but he started to abuse and misbehave with me. He also said that he will terminate me and wont give any salary also for the time i have worked. This is really very shocking to me. I joined this company because i thought that this company work culture would be good. But it was my illusion. I have seen the worst work culture over here. We were forced to attend the meetings at 9 PM in the office. Apart from these, Mr Nirupendra behaviour is bad towards most of the unit sales managers.

Now, i request you to take proper action on this and ensure that for the time i have worked i will get the salary.

I HAVE REQUESTED FOR THE REFUND OF THE SAME, BUT AFTER A LONG TIME YOUR HR ASSISTANT IS SENT THE MAIL THAT, I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE REQUEST. PLZ TRY TO INSIST THE TEAM TO RECORD THE DOCUMENTS IN PROPER WAY.

I HAVE RESIGNED THE ORGANISATION IN THE YEAR AUG 2010 AND THAT TIME ONLY I HAVE SUBMITTED THE FFS & PF/EPF WITHDRAWL FORMS. ,Y FFS SETTLER IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2010 YOUR PEOPLE TAKEN A LONG TIME OF 8 MONTHS IT AFFECTS ME TO NON RECEIPT OF BONUS IN MY NEW ORGANISATION SINCE WITHOUT RELIEVEING LETTER THEY ARE NOT READY TO CONFIRM MY JOB
