I am Sujit Gupta former Employee of Caretel Infotech Ltd which is situated in Kolkata. I worked over there for 9 months.I had resigned from there 5th May 2009, first time I have applied for withdral of PF on September but fault of Caretel Company application form was returned back to my home address, as cause they mentioned wrong Father's Name there.Once again I went to Caretel Office to fill up application form on February 2010. Still now i did not get it and i am waiting for that .One more thing to say that while i calling to Caretel office they are not taking any responsiblities for that only they are saying We have forwarded your application form to Delhi PF office(Head office of caretel is in Delhi).

So please look into this issue as early as possible and help me out getting my PF.

Hello Sir
My name uis pushkar kolwalkar the x-employee of Reliance bpo, i have appliyed for my pf on november 2010 and even i recive the message from the pf office that stating my form number 19 an form number 10c recived on 21st april 2011 and theclaim Id which i was recevied that is MHBAN110400062038 and other claim id is MHBAN110400062084 IS UNDER PROCESS .

But still i have not recived my PF amt till yet . I request you to look in to the matter and take a necessary action
