MH/35415/25265, from last 12 months my PF is under process,but still i
dont get my money, i have call PF office many times but there is no response, no one pick up the phone.

Regarding EPF amount from 7 months (complaint against Bandra PF office)

Hi Sir/Madam,

My company (Sterling and Wilson Ltd, Mumbai) has already submitted the PF my form before 7 months @ Bandra PF office. My EPF A/c No. MH/21625/6025.
I have not recevied my PF amount yet. . Normal procedure wise we should get the PF within 3 months but I have not got PF amount yet
after that i make a ceveral call to PF office but no ane can pick the phone & also make mails and reminders but no reply on that.
Is it right to hurt any one for his same PF amount for which he struggled in his organisation. I have done several try for it and this was the final solution. if we cant find it in a right time by the government then we have no need this type of government department.

Dear Sir/Madame,

This Is to vent My total disappointment with the EPF office at Bandra Mumbai.I had worked with M/s Sigma Labs ,Wadala,Mumbai from 1997
to 2001 and later did not contribute to EPF for some specific reasons.Now that I have retired and in need of money I had applied to EPFO
Bandra Mumbai Through my erstwhile Empolyer (i.e) M/s Sigma Labs ,Wadala,Mumbai on 25-3-2011 and I had received a SMS from the
EPFO Bandra Mumbai on that date.I was told that I can expect the settlement amount in about two months time.
After two months since I had not Received any correspondence or SMS I had registered with the Epfigms website and sent a complaint.
I was sent an automatic reply that some Officer named S.R.Tambekar has been entrusted to attend to the matter.
In the EPFO website my claim status is-"UNDER PROCESSING"and the Balance Status is -Account in-operative.contact concerned office.

After one month I sent a reminder. Later many such reminders and also addressed to the person mentioned.I had also tried to call the
person but the phone number is useless as it is disconnected during office hours and only rings other times .

There is a deliberate scheme to stonewall all queries and the applicant is made to go around in circles typical of a govt office.I wonder
If the Department is so insensitive and paralyzed as not to understand the difficulties of the pensioners especially older senior citizens
and those who are placed far away .

With the world moving so fast with digitization and computerization it should be a matter of few days for any settlements or transfer of information etc.etc.But our Govt Offices seem to be immune to all positive changes and all are well cocooned.

When I contacted a local EPF office I was advised to file a RTI petition and I was assured that I will get a reply within one month!
What a joke! Then what do I do to get my own money? File a suit on the EPFO?
Please some body advice me I am simply sick of these procedures and merry-go-round.

Hello sir,

This is with regard to pending PF settlement - PF Acc no MH/45960/1794 (Ex employee - Standard Chartered)
It has been almost three years, since my settlement is pending.

In the latest claim settlement form filed with RPFC Mumbai dated 23/April/2011, i have not received any information.
All the efforts to contact RPFC over phone were futile, while there was no response to email queries.

I request for quick settlement for my PF.
