I MAHENDRA GAIKWAD My company has already submitted the PF form Bandra PF office.

My PF account no. is MH/37488/21141, from last 9 to 10 months my PF is under process, but still I don’t get my money, I have call PF office many times but there is no response, no one pick up the phone.

Normal procedure wise we should get the PF within 3 months but I have not got PF amount yet

Requesting you to please settle my PF withdrawal claim.

Sorry to inform you that i have submitted my PF form since 45 days back in Gurgaon PF Office but i didn't get any amount to till so it is requested to you kindly do the needful my PF no is HR/GGN/28025/454.

I have send mails many times to the right person of the department of PF even Central P. F. Commissioner but i didn't get any response from anybody i don't know why government has appointed such kind of people over there those are not able to do so. If they having Email ID then they should alteast a reply. I am the consumer and i am asking about my money
not charity i have deducted my amount from my salary and now they guys doing all these things.

I have written a same to Mr. Shri R.C Mishra, IAS but i didn't get any response also from him i don not no why ...

I Submit a Transfer form to my Current Company (Accenture PF- Number MH/BAN/45665/111656 ) on Nov 2010 And They forward the form to my previous company (IBM India Pvt Ltd PF- Number KN/BM/19214/092292) on December 2010.

IBM forward after varification of my form to Bangalore PF Dept. On 01/03/2011

I raised the Grievance (SROWF/E/2011/04375) to PF Dept. to find out the status of my PF Transfer Status.

As per their reply they said that 'The claim has been forwarded for name and signature verification to the RPFC, Bandra, Mumbai vide dated 29/03/2011'

But i did not get any response from bandra PF office

Please look on this issue

Regarding EPF amount from1 year (complaint against Bandra PF office)
Hi Sir/Madam,

My company (Reliance life insurance co. ltd) has already submitted the PF my form before 1 year old @ Bandra PF office. My EPF A/c No. MH/48439/74861.
I have not recevied my PF amount yet although my penssion amount of RS ---- has been not recevied casue some mistake in my bank account No by the PF department my pf amount is still pending. Normal procedure to get the PF is of 3 months but I have not got PF amount yet
after that i make a ceveral call to PF office but no ane can pick the phone & also make mails and reminders but no reply of that.
i am totaly faded up our goverment system.
is it right to hurt any one for his same amount pf amount is our right and our saving if we cant find it in a right time by the government then we have no need this type of government department.
Please help for the same otherwse remove this department which only harres the public and sleep well.

whatever will be done i take a action against it.
its a serious matter to us.

Also, No response to email sent so far. No pick up helpline #s. And you can see there is no action on complain logged so far. This is really bringing down confidence in PF Office processes.
