Sub.:- Regarding non issuing of EPF slips for the year 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 from EPF department and EPF not deposited at EPF office Jaipur.

R/Sir,
With reference to above cited subject it is intimated that as per the information received from GMTD Alwar under RTI Act 2005 that my EPF slips could not issued from EPF office due to amount not transferred from Joint account No. 13642 to individual account 13747. (Copy enclosed for ready reference) while my EPF amount was continuously detected/deposited under head of EPF A/c no RJ/13642/10 (Copy enclosed for ready reference).
As per the EPF office Jaipur the EPF account number RJ/13642/10 is not relevant to me (Copy enclosed for ready reference) also no data is available regarding me at regional EPF office Jaipur. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the case.
