Hello Sir,

i had served for wipro for 5 years and on this period they had sent me to USA and i have changed my company in USA and wipro is asking me to pay around 4 lacks of Bond so i did not pay any of these amount becuase i did not any physical sign on these bond becuase when started from India i told them i will not travel if there is any condtions like that but HR peolple are saying it is automatically aceepted when you fill the application in internal site.

They send three laywer notices to pay this money

my question is is it valid ? will e signature will aceept by court ?

and when i submit my PF withdrawl they are not processing and they are asking to me pay the balance ? is there any way to get this money
