Sir, I would like to brief your good self with a summary of what happened to me (Mohan Kumar. I):

My Name - Mohan Kumar. I
Joined ICFAI National College, Hyderabad - 4th April, 2005
Resigned from the institute on - 28th February, 2008
Provident Fund Account Details:
1. A/c No.: AP/HY/56966/489 and
2. A/c No: AP/16939/03118

Bank Details:
Bank Name - Karur Vysya Bank Ltd., R.S. Puram Branch, Coimbatore - 2, Tamil Nadu.


Submitted the filled in PF withdrawal application for both the accounts to my employer on 8th September, 2008.

After which I had made request after request for knowing the status of my application, but no convincing reply came from my employer's end.

On 24.02.2009 the email from ICFAI National College, Hyderabad communicated that the PF A/c No.: Ap/HY/56966/489 was submitted and the same was processed and the amount credited to my account at Karur Vysya Bank, Coimbatore - RS Puram Branch) in June 2009.

Then after frequent requests and reminders, on 28th April, 2009, I received a communication via. email from ICFAI National College, Hyderabad, stating that the other PF A/c, No.: AP/16939/03118 will be submitted in the next 15 days.

For my request for the status of my PF, I received a communication from ICFAI National College, Hyderabad, stating that the PF Department (PF Office of Hyderabad) had sent the cheque to the bank and it has been returned due to incorrect bank address. When the first credit took place at the same bank in the same mode the second need to take the same, isn't it. I confirmed this with the said bank and the banker clarified that, they did not receive any such cheque.

In this regard I was directed to send a reauthorization letter. Which I have sent on 9th February, 2010 and received the acknowledged copy (scanned) from ICFAI National College, Hyderabad, in which the PF office of Hyderabad's seal is dated18th February, 2010. The scanned copy contains the PF A/c: AP/HY/56966/489 which was already communicated by INC as submitted and I have reported it being credited. I hope the reauthorization number should be wrongly written by the PF department officials.

I have contacted the PF office in Hyderabad and my employer many times, but they have not yet replied convincingly. My employer say that the problem is at the PF department. They are not attending my phone calls or even when I went ther in person, they told that the concerned person is on leave and asked me to come after 4 days. As I am working in Bangalore now, I came back.

I am finding it very difficult to get back my money sir.In this regard, I being in a different place, and off from the organization for more than 2 years, I am helpless in moving further. Recently on interacting with other employees, they are also said to be affected.


I once again request your good selves to kindly help me out in this regard.

This is regarding my PF not yet recieved which is dated almost an year now.

My company has done the due dilligence and the agency also has submitted all my forms to the PF office.According to the agency DKM online PF office had told them tht they have issued cheque but i or the bank has not recieved any cheque.

please do let me know what should i do..

Hi Sir,

It is clearly stated in PF website that after submitting pf withdrawl form it will take 30 days to credit the money but it is almost 2 months over there is no update from PF offfice.

And the most worst part for us is i tried reaching them in all the numbers provided in website from past one month but i never got a chance to speak anyone. When ever we try the call is connecting and going to voice mail box. I lost almost 100 rs in just trying to contact these people.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD IS WITH THESE PEOPLE FROM HYDERABAD PF OFFICE.

We people paying taxes and because of peoples PF money these people got chance to work but they dont have a courtesy towards common man.......How negligent these people just assume trying from past one month and not able to speak to atleast one person....i tried over 15 numbers provided in website all are useless
