Dear sir,
I rajesh kamath have been working at Sparsh till April 09. While resigning from the company on the 20th of April, I had filed for the remittance of the amount that has been deducted in the form of pf. But to my astonishment, the papers were lying in the office till Sept 09, under the pretext that the agent has left the company and there was no one to handle it. This info was provided in the month of December. I was assured even at the charkop office that i will be getting the amount in the m onth of Feb. Then i was told that it will be available by the month of March, then the month of April and now the current month else by the beginning of the month of June. I am fed up with these lies and want to know as to what can be done in this matter so tht the amount is deposited in my account within 22nd May as i need it for my personal medical needs. Thank you.
