Dear Sir/Mam,

I have a query. Due to an emergency (Family problem), I had to leave my job in my last organization (Infotech Enterprises Ltd., Noida) in a hurry. I had worked there for 1.5 years. It was the middle of the month and i did not serve the notice period there. So my half month salary is still due on them. Now I wanted my 'Provident Fund' to be given to me. However, when I contacted my last organization they are asking for a sum of Rs.5049 as I had not served the notice period. Is it possible for me to directly deposit my Provident Fund form in Provident Fund department after attesting it by any gazetted officer or from the court
