Default PF papers not being signed.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I was an employee of a firm Global Graphics Software Private Limited. Since I went out of country I could not personally visit them. However I have a representative who is calling them on my behalf to no use. Since they have to sign the PF papers to proceed with my PF withdrawl, I have mailed them atleast 4-5 times. But they havent replied back.

Please let me know what should be my action.

    regards
    Raghunandan Arunkumar

Send a written notice Via registered post ( keep one copy of the notice and the registered post slip with you, this may help if you need to knock the consumer forum ) to the CMD of Global Graphics Software Private Limited, mention all the details in it and ask them to solve your issue as early as possible.
Wait for their response and revert us back.
