Dear Sir/Madam,

I was working with Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company, Mumbai and I left the company wef 22nd Oct'2009.I had submitted my PF withdrawal form to my regional office in last week of Nov'09, immediately when i received my Full and Final settlement.

However, my company has still not processed my PF form and sent it to RPFC, Bandra.

Everytime, when i write to my HR team, they say that it is pending for inhouse formalities.They say that they need to show that I am unemployed for atleast 3 months but its more than 3 months now and actually I am unemployed till date.Hence all the necessary formalities are completed.Inspite of the same, the company is not doing the needful.

Kindly let me know if I can pose a complaint against my employer or what should I do to get my PF settlement done asap.
