My PF acc number is - 3941000100167192
I've not been receiving month since Dec 2007. I came to know that it happened because I didn't submit the alive certificate on time. After that I submitted the same on Sep 2008 but till date the PF amount for Year 2008 has not deposited in my account. Though, I'm receiving monthly PF for 2009 to till date.

I've met concerned officers regarding the same matter but the case is still unresolved. The most disappointing thing is - nobody is able to provide me the exact status or problem. Please let me know how can I take legal action on this matter and what's the procedure?
