I worked with Bharti Axa Life insurance, Mysore branch ( 14/01/2009 - 21/7/2009) and had applied for my PF claim on September 2009, but so far I have not received my PF.
I called up the PF office in Mysore ( Karnataka State) and they said to me that my PF is from Maharashtra and I should contact the Maharashtra PF office and also contact my previous employer.

I worked as a teacher in 22nd Century Public School, Mandya. My P.F. claim case (KN/36803/42, Section-3, and Task-5) is pending in the E.P.F. Office Mysore. I had Submit written complaints of 9.2.2011 (In the complaint Box) and 25.2.2011 (by corriuor) and I had called so many times. Once (approximately 2 months back) A.P.F.C (0821-2456500) told me that my claim has settled, can view the bank A/c. As this, I have been checking my A/c , so far that amount which officer told is not adjusted to my account. So, I request once again please set right my (KN/36803/42, Section-3, and Task-5) P.F. claim.
