Dear sir/ madam

I prakah ranjan patra was working in Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Limited and my Emloyee ID was -14011. I have resigned on date 20/08/2009.

I was applied for settlement of my deducted PF (PF No. MH/211039/14011) amount on20/8/2009, but till date I have not received my claim amount. Even I am not getting the details from the employer (Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Limited).

Hence I am requesting please help me to release my PF claim.
