Dear Sir,

I am trying to get my PF withdrawal since January 2009.For getting the withdrawal, I am been following with Pune & Akurdi ( Pune 43) office regularly but till the date my claim Is pending & not settled.

Therefore at the cost of repetition I am once giving the details for tour perusal & request you to intervene the subject for getting my PF withdrawal.


A) My claim dated 13th January 2009 was rejected on the ground that 3A for FY 2008/2009 has been not given by employer (Amforge Industries Ltd Code No 16072A /5062).But while returning the claim PF department has returned the 3A of earlier years i.e. of 2006/2007 & 2007/2008.

B) Meanwhile company stopped its operations from January 2009

C) Again, I submitted fresh withdrawal application / form along with 3A for FY 2008/2009 & the same was submitted to PF office on 24th Sept 2009.

D) Now PF authorities are asking the copies earlier of 3A for of 2006/2007 & 2007 /2008 which were sent /returned by PF office to Company as quoted in point No “A”

E) In order to help the PF office person from Akurdi office. I prepared new 3A from for 2006/2007 & 2007/2008 on the basis of my Income tax return,& tried to get the signature of the employer on the same. But employer is not ready to sign 3A on the ground that they do not have record to verify the new 3A.

This has finally resulted in non settlement of my PF withdrawal.

Please guide me how my problem will be settled? & whether I should take help of consumer court / media in this case.
