I want to know what is the procedure one needs to follow to file a suit against employer for such a case as I want to sue them for the fraud and mental harassment they've done to me. They've threatened me that my career canbe hampered if I opt for the legal way. Plz help.

This is deepak wants to suggest you something. You can lodge your complain at

labour.delhigovt.nic.in/cms/fcm01_registration.asp

This is an online procedure provided by Govt. of Delhi. The other two things which i can say is that lodge a complain against V2Web in ISO as V2Web's ISO certified but its not eligible for that at all.
