Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I Richa Khaitan has not received my provident fund till now.
I had applied for my PF money in the month of may'09, to be sent to my Bank of India account Transport Nagar branch Kanpur.
Bank recieved two cheques in favour of my account :
1). Chq No. 561138 Dt.20.07.09 Amt Rs. 14042/-
2). Chq No. 142371 Dt.20.07.09 Amt Rs. 7562/-

But both these cheques were returned by the banker with remark "Drawer's signature incomplete/illegible/differs".

After continious follwo up with the bank i got my cheques in the month of Oct'09.

I sent a letter dated 12/10/09 to the Asst Commissioner, Regional PF office,Vardan commercial complex, 6th floor, road no 16,MIDC, wagle Estate, Thane-400604. attaching the cheques and the bankers returned memo in orignal requesting to look into the matter and issue a Bank Draft in favour of me payable at Kanpur.

I wrote a reminder letter dated 30/10/09 but there was no response from the Pf team.

I hereby request you to please take this in consideration an arrange to issue my PF money with interest of the delay in months,at the earliest possible.
Kindly issue a BANK DRAFT in favour of Richa Khaitan Payable at Kanpur, and send it to below mentioned address.
