I am resigned my company in Nov2008 & all PF withdrawal forms with complete checked by HR person submitted in APR-09 as per my company that this documents submitted to PF department in 31st Jul-09.I am continue follow through email with our company regarding status of my PF,but his not give the positive repose to me till dt.But today i have checked my PF status online then i have found that my forms returned to Employer on dt 7/9/09.
Pls note that till dt i have not received any information from employer what is the reason of returned this documents.
So pl advise can be loged the complaints in Cosumer court beco'z i am not received any positive response by my employer.

Pls help.
