Dear Concerned Manager ,

Plz go thru the below mentioned case wherein I haven't recieved the PF Amount of Bajaj Auto which I got transferred in the PF account of GECW .


1. I ( Amit Singh ) joined GECW on 13-11-2006 and was allotted code number MH/42690/3842 with RPFC Mumbai .

2. On 16-07-2007, I applied for PF Transfer fro Bajaj Auto Finance (MH/3795/73814) to GECW.



3. On 30-07-2007, the form was sent to Bajaj Auto.


4. Thereafter, Bajaj Auto released his PF transfer money to RPFC amounting to Approx 35,000/- ( Annexure K attached ) .


5. I ( Amit Singh ) left GECW on 31-01-2008 .

6. I applied for PF Withdrawal on 21-05-2008 and the form was submitted to RPFC on 07-07-2008 .


7. I was expecting an amount of ~Rs 80000, i.e. ~45,000 from GECW and ~35,000 from Bajaj Auto


8. What I received into his bank account was only GECW's amount (Rs.38564/- vide cheque No.708037 dated 31/08/08 and Rs.6630/- vide cheque No.684862 dated 31/08/08).

9. I submitted ASR Form for it again in January 2009 but of no use .

Now we need to track the money that was transferred from Bajaj Auto and get this money released to me .
