Till Dec-2011 i was waited but, claim amount was not settled, and as per my existing company HR inputs i had re-submitted the form in DEC-11 Once again but 2nd time EPFO is rejected my claim on 19th JAN-2012 saying that my claim is settled in OCT-2011 to my ICICI account, as per my bank statement it is not yet received and almost weekly once am checking my account, when i send my bank statement to my existing company they check my statement and saying that they can not help in this issue.

how can i get my cliam.

I was working with Hdfc life. for the period
21.07.2007 to 25.11.2010. On resigning from there, applied for withdrawal of my
provident fund money immediately. Now after passing of nearly one and half years,
I have yet to receive my money. The number allotted to the company is Code No.

I visited the Provident Fund office at Kandivli several times, but they are not
giving the proper answer i know the Employeer is fail to deposit the contribution.
But the P F department not taken any action against the Employee

Please advice me what i can do or what you can help in my case.

But i hear from my friend that pf not taken more than three yaaer goes in vain .

Hi, my parents staying in village where 60% of time electric is under load shading.
They use to pay there monthly bills on regular basis and its ranging always from rs 70 to 90. Every month we are paying wrong bill in range of rs. 300 to 400. Our utilization of electricity is very less like 2 power saver bulbs and tv.No any other household equipments as its village. From last 13 months we have received wrong bill with wrong unit and its very high. A reading agent of mseb coming on every month and getting correct reading with camera however the same is not showing in hard copy of the bill. Mseb peoples are entering the wrong units in our bill and charging high bill from us which is wrong. We personally reached to the mseb office and given our complaint to them however no one ready to co-ordinate with us.
We humble request you to kindly look into the matter and give us the justice.
My father name is also wrong entered by mseb. It is premraj bansi wanve in place of premraj bansi banve. We also given same complaint to mseb office but no one ready to co-operate with us.

I have bought 33499 rs samsung TV from homeshop18 on 22/11/2012. They have provided 12 EMI facility of Axis bank credit card and I have availed that service, but the conversion of EMI has been done on 18/02/2013, Till that date I have been charged for debit interest of approx.2300 rs and they are refusing to refund it. I have mail from them about refund will be done soon but now one another executive is refusing to refund it.
