non receipt of employee pension confirmation my provident fundd accont no is- MH/13089/3560/PF/77,AT MUMBAI.
we have received amount of PF at 2006 after regined in aristo phrmaceuticals ltd & one letter issued by office of the regional provident fund commissoner mumba- dated-28/04/2006 for requirment of birth certificate of my child for employee 's pension scheem, because of i have worked above 10 years & i have sent through registred A/D in the 2007, but till date not received any confirmation & document of my name in registred pension scheem.
please gude or advice me.
