Dear Sir,

About two months back I have submitted form 19 through my employer for withdral of PF. On follow up , I am told by PF office that documents submitted by company were not attested and they have returned documents through unregistered post.
However I have not recieved any such post.

Seek your advice on path forward.

This is not new, we are getting so many such complaints.

Kindly collect the proof that verifies that the due to the company negligence your P.F document was returned, then you can claim the P.F with damages + interest.
