My company (Netmagic solutions IT pvt ltd, Goregaon) has submitted the PF form on 2nd february, 2009 in Kandivli PF office. My pf account number is MH/94469/071 and also got the receipt of submitting the required documents. But I have not got my pf yet since 8 months. Normal procedure to get the PF is of 3 months but I have not got PF amount yet. I need help for the same.

I was worked with BEBITZ FLANGES WORKS PVT. LTD., BOISAR, THANE DIST, I left this company on 31st December 2008. and i have send all my forms and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai in May-'09 thru Bebitz HR Dept.

They were told me that i will get my money with in 45Days. But i am not received any amount yet.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Rajesh B. Shende and I was working with South Side Healthcare Solutions at Andheri from July'06. I left this company in the month of July'08 and my Company submitted the PF withdrawal application in Dec'08. When I checked online on 3rd Jan 2010 for the status of my application it is still showing as "Under Process". My PF account No. is MH/210266/00014. When I asked the reason for delay, they could not give proper reason. In the last month also I asked them about the status, they said that your claim has been retured in the month of Feb'09 ad we have not received any documents after that. Then I got shocked. I asked HR dept. of my previous company and they said that they have not received any communication from the PF office.

In this case I am very confused and don't know what to do. Because it's been so long after I submitted the application, I have not received any single amount. Request you to please help me in this matter.

I had resigned from my company in the month of June 2009 and the PF form was send by my HR to the PF office at Thane on 5th October 2009.
My PF details is : MH/THA/43037/014203.
I have checked the updated site "04/01/2010" and it is showing claim "Your claim not received".
Please let me know how to find the status of my claim as I have been trying the PF telephone number of Thane office but they are not picking up the phone. Since I am working currently in Chennai I am unable to check personally the office at Thane.
Pl help me on this matter as it has been 6 months.

As confirmed with the bank related to the same as well.
SO kindly check this issue and do the needfull for me.i m in delhi so it is not possible for me to go there and they are not responding properly.

I have recieved the my PF amount in two intalment but tone hof them has been rejected due to insufficient funf in the bank account(PF office bank accout and my bank has been charge me for the same transaction.

I am Rohit Bathwal. I have launched a complain with PF department and the complain No is. RONAG/E/2010/00021. This was transferred to Mumbai Branch with Reference No. ROBND/E/2010/80021.
It is more than a month and there is no response nor any action from these people. I have also sent a reminder but of no good. I tried the Contact no given at the sight but it says not existing.
It is relay disappointing to see such lethargy from such big organization.
Kindly suggest me the further so that i can get my money back from these people.
