I was working with World Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Andheri (E) Mumbai, I left the company on 31 April 2010. HR dept has summited all my forms and documents to EPF office Kandivali in Aug 2010. HR dept got acknowledgement from PF office. But till today I have not received any amount.

I the undersigned Mr. Roshan Shivanand Shirodkar would like to inform you that, my PF A/C ( MH/37122/039/157) form was submitted to PF office 7 month ago (13/04/2011) at Kandivali PF Office but yet I haven't received the pf amount in my a/c. As after doing the regular follow up with pf officer Mr. Vikas Azad. He is continuously ignoring the subject. Also, the numbers provided on the website are never answered.
So, please tell me should i wait for my claim anymore or should i take serious action against this by going to labour court.

I had worked with SES Tecehnologies Ltd , Mumbai,posting at jamshedpur ,jharkhand and I left the company on March 2010. and HR dept has sent all my forms and documents to EPF office Kandivali and summited in 19 Aug 2011. HR dept got acknowledgement from PF office. But till today I have not received any amount from PF offce .and when serch the online status the massage is reflect the dockumnet received and same will be under process.So please ,Help the Pf relase

  I was working with Embee Software Pvt. Ltd. at Malad. I quit the company and applied my PF claim in the month of 17th June 2011.
  
  PF consultant of my previous company from Embee software has already given me an acknowledgment of PF claim form which has been submited at Kandivali PF office on 17th June 2011.
  
  Whenever I call on their tens of numbers (below), nobody picked the phone. Those shit people use the phone (coz. sometimes I found busy tone while I call) but don't pick the phone when somebody calls.

This is reference to above PF Claim, I have submitted my PF claim form on 18-Jul-2011 to Kandivali office. However I didn't receive the settlement yet, In this I am been checking with EPFO website from the day one and the claim status shows as "PF claim received and under process" .

Then I made a Complaints in EPFO grevences 2months later I got the status as "Examination at our level". Now it's over more 9months.

Now I need the money very badly for my medical treatment. Could you please speed up and settle for PF claim process at this week.

Hi

This is Kishore Kumar Singh, I worked with Logica Pvt Ltd Yemlur Bangalore from APR2008 to OCT2010 and my PF account number was KN/23649/4537. In OCT2010 I joined Collabera and filled up form 13 to get my PF transferred to new PF account (KN/BN/34826/250) opened by Collabera . Today I checked my both PF account balance and found that amount of My PF account no. KN/23649/4537 was not transferred to new PF account KN/BN/34826/250 but yet it shows message "Your account has been settled. For detail's please contact respective EPF Office." Now My question is how come the account is settled without transferred. New PF account KN/BN/34826/250 opened by Collabera has only 14 thousand where as My old PF acocunt KN/23649/4537 by Logica must be having 30 thousand atlease as Rs.1000 used to get deducted at that time. I sent an email to 'sro.krpuram@epfindia.gov.in' but no reply came as you know these Govt Employees never respond to anyone. They think that they are superior to others and giving money from their own pocket.
