I submitted documents at Sector 44, gurgaon Office for EPF to be credited into my SBI account. I submitted the same on 27th April 2009. Even after five months I don't have any status. Whenever I check status online, it only shows "Claim Not Received by this office".

Kindly help me to track status for EPF account no. 34519 for IBM Daksh 444 Establishment code 10640.

EPF withdrawal.


I worked with IBM Daksh (70770) from 31st October 2006 till 8 Jan 2008. My EPF number is HR/FBD/10640/34519. I submitted my papers for EPF withdrawal on 27th April 2009 at Sector-44, Gurgaon Office. After 6 moths I didn't got any reply from the concerned EPF office. I kept on tracking my account online for six months in which EPF amounted was supposed to be credited. I filed online complaint for the same. Arjun from IBM Daksh called me and informed that he called EPF office and was told that EPF office submitted two cheque numbers 837502 and 920169 worth Rs 10301 and 4080 in my SBI account on 29th May. As I have been checking this account online for six months, I was sure nothing was credited into my account. Once again I pulled up my online account statement from April till September and found no such cheques were submitted. I called SBI Branch number and gave them the cheque numbers as asked for the 10301 and 4080 credit. They checked the account and denied the same.

Arjun also gave me the number for the EPF enquiry to clarify the same. I called the number, number rings only before 10:00 AM in the morning and after 5:00 PM in the evening. Between hours it is always busy, don't now for what.

Now if these cheques were posted, either they should be travelling on foot to my account or were never sent. I can show my bank statement anytime for the last six months.

Now I need explanation from concerned EPF office why they failed to credit my EPF account even after six months and how can they can give false cheque numbers and can inform somebody that it has been credited.

I worked with MAFOI GLOBAL SEARCH SERVICES LTD, Bangalore for 9 months as a contract employee and was laid off in the month of December, 2009. I filed a request to have my Provident Fund amount paid to me in January,2009. They asked me to wait for 2 months and when I called up in March,2009 they asked me to wait for another month.This went on till July,2009 when I received a call from Mafoi saying that they lost my documents and asked me to resubmit. I did it and kept following up to make sure that the documents don't get lost again. They sent me a mail saying that it was submitted on 01/08/2009 and also a link asking me to wait for 30 days. Its been almost 90 days now and the status on the following EPF link says this
29777688 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 01/08/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

The details of my EPF are as follows:

Its almost been 11 months since I have filed a request and there has been no progress what so ever. I keep calling up Mafoi, they either ask me to wait or don't answer the phone. I am without a job now and have been waiting for the amount. How long should I be waiting like this.

I am having a issue with Employee Provident Fund Organization.

I was working with I-Solutions India Pvt Ltd and was having PF account with Kandivali, Mumbai office opened by my employer. After leaving the organization, i had sent my PF claim form to Kandivali, Mumbai office for the claim processing in the month of June' 09. But till now i have not recieved the claim money and getting no response from the helpline nos. of the PF office (022-28692531, 28692604) these 2 nos. are always busy whenever i had called up in last 3 months.

More than 5 months have been passed, but till date i have not got any status or claim money in my account.

My PF no. is MH/94095/2390. Kindly help me out to get my calim money.

if yoiu have submitted the appln with the pf office then you can ask for the astatus through RTI appln but not from your private company employer. to y
our employee you may please sne d the reminder sir

I had sent PF transfer application to IBM through my current employer(Freescale Semiconductor) in june-2006.
When I contacted IBM payroll, they informed me they had processed my application and filed with their PF office in bangalore.
My current employer said they have not received any information from RPFC regarding my PF transfer request and asked me to wait for PF statement. I received PF statement for year 2006-07 last month, but the amount has not been transfered to my current PF account. I don't know whether the transfer has been done or not.
Please help me to know the status.

I had resigned from my company in the month of June 2009 and the PF form was send by my HR to the PF office at Thane on 5th October 2009.
My PF details is : MH/THA/43037/014203.
I have checked the updated site "04/01/2010" and it is showing claim "Your claim not received".
Please let me know how to find the status of my claim as I have been trying the PF telephone number of Thane office but they are not picking up the phone. Since I am working currently in Chennai I am unable to check personally the office at Thane.
Pl help me on this matter as it has been 6 months.

I am also facing the same problem, I havent yet recieved the PF amount. It is almost 1 year that i had been waiting.I passed on the claims through my company.they have also shown me the acknowledgement recieved at their end.The amount is not yet credited.please guide me.Should i reapply? it is showing the atatus as "Your Claim Not Received by this Office!"

I worked with NEW HORIZONS CYBERSOFT LTD from 2nd april 2008 till 28 feb 2009. My EPF number is AP/38280/320. I submitted my papers for EPF withdrawal on 27th july 2009 & 12 september at Keshavpuram Office. After one year I didn't got any reply from the concerned office. I was sure nothing was credited into my account .

Now I need explanation from concerned office why they failed to credit my EPF account even after one year.

I have requested for my PF withdrawl more than one year back.

My company PRO not interested to take any actions on it.
