Hello Sir,

My name is Ruchi Aggarwal and my PF number is KN/WF/45298/1466. My
ex-employer ( Microsoft GTSC, Bangalore) had submitted forms (From 19 and
Form 10C) with PF department on 12th June 2009 for PF withdrawal. I am not
working anywhere and need my PF. Its been more than 3 months , I have not
yet received my hard earned money. As I told by the employer it should be
credited within 2 months. I have been trying to call PF inquiry at
080-25613382. but most of the times either there is no response or phone is
engaged. Even if someone picks up the phone, the only answer I get is that
it is in process , call after few days. They don't give a reason for delay.
PF office where forms were submitted is :

I have relocated to Delhi so its difficult for me to visit them personally.
Can you please look into the matter asap and help my getting my PF.

Hello Sir,

My name is G.J.Abraham Bbau and my PF number is MH/15962/4193 . My
ex-employer (DATA MATICS LTD),Mumbai. had submitted forms with PF department after leaving my company Two cheques were prepared by the P.F office on 29/03/2007 bearing a Wrong Bank Account Number instead of mine. Details are as below,

but till the time i have not received any cheque against this its been more than THREE YEARS , I have not yet received my hard earned money. As I it

Hello Sir,

ex-employer (P.C.Chandra Jewellers India Ltd),Kolkata.which has been settelled but my new a/c no:-WB/CA/44897/25 also been applied to settle with previous mentioned a/c.on the same date.But surprisingly it was noticed that my new a/c no WB/CA/44897/25 is not yet settled.

Hi,
I had resigned from TCS on 12th Feb 2010. At the time of resignation my overall experience was 6 years and 8 months and i have contributed to PF for the same period.
I had initially requested TCS for PF withdrawal but within 2 weeks i changed my mind and intimated the same to TCS. They accepted my change in decision (I have a mail for the same) but somehow due to lack of coordination amongst themselves (i.e. Within TCS team) they processed my withdrawal.
Now my problem is that dont want to withdraw my PF rather I want to transfer it to my current organisation. TCS says this is not possible as they have already processed my withdrawal request and amount is already deposited in my Bank account, but i don't want to withdraw this amount.

1. Can i return the amount i received back to TCS or PF organisation and then they can do the transfer to my current organisation ?
2. Can i my current organisation take a cheque and consider this as PF transfer.

Help needed on an urgent basis !!!

I worked in Mascon for about 3 years. I got relieved on Dec 31, 2009 with an assurance that my settlement & PF will be made the next month. Since I have not received my settlement till now. I have made several calls to the HR. But I only got false promises from them. The management too has not cared to respond to my frequent pleas via emails. I guess their intention is only to cheat employees and firm action needs to be taken against them. They have also been notorious of not paying salaries often on time and sometimes even delaying it by a month. There are others besides me who are also facing the same problem.

I am Sanjay Keshav Parmanand, having Provident Fund account no.MH/22869/996. I was working in Nagpur. I submitted my pension claim form on 10/3/2010. After that I have visited personally 4-5 times to the PF office and every time they told me it is under process and claim will be settled in 10-15 days. Last I visited the Office on 4/8/2010 and it was told that papers are in Pension section. THe comcerned officer gave me PPO no. 980436 dt. 30/7/2010 and told me file is with Concerned officer for sanection and I will get my pension in 10 days.

Till date I have not recd any pension.

Hi my name is Manoharsingh Nirwan,

on 1st july 2009 i resigned from my company Intelenet Global services & was assured that i will get my PF amount (67,927 rs) within 3 months, PF account no MH-94725-2654, but till Jan 2010 i did not receive any amount later i checked with the PF office in Kandivali west they informed me that they have not recived my form & i should contact my office, when i did so my office replied that the PF office is not accepting any forms as they are doing some computerization work & also advised me that i should personally sublit my form,
I did the same on 12th Jan & got a receipt from the PF office & was informed that the amount will take time to be disbursed but by when they did not intimate.
Now whenever i try to check the status online i get a reply that my claim is nopt received by this office,tried calling on their helpline number but no response.

Please help as 6 months have already passed & i am still clueless about my money.
