I had left the Company in the year 2010 and I had submitted my Providet Fund Claim Form duly filled and signed by myself and RIL, but I have still not received my Provident Fund Claim which had requested the authorities to remit in my bank account My PF Account Number is MH200597/573.

This is Ashwin Kumar worked in UniverCell Telecommunications India pvt ltd for period 17-Sep-2009 to 02-Feb-2011, In the may month i have applied for PF in my organisation but still i had not received the amount,

I had made lot of mails to my company(UniverCell) they are no proper replay,

In one of the mail they said to resubmit the form & i had submitted on 05-March-2012 but still i had not received even i had mailed the company lot of times but no replay from them even i had told them that i am going to complaint in consumer forum.

Please do the needful and provide my PF amount.

This mailing has started on 30-Jan-2012 and till now it has been 27days gone but no valid reason provided for not receiving the PF nor it is credited,

Hello Sir,

My name is Garima Tiwaril and my PF number is KN/WF/45496/1187. My
ex-employer ( The International School Bangalore (TISB), Bangalore) had submitted forms (From 19 and
Form 10C) with PF department on 20th June 2009 for PF withdrawal. I am not
working anywhere and need my PF. Its been more than 4 years , I have not
yet received my hard earned money. As I told by the employer it should be
credited within 2 months. I have been trying to call PF inquiry at
080-25613382. but most of the times either there is no response or phone is
engaged.


I have relocated to Indore so its difficult for me to visit them personally.
Can you please look into the matter asap and help my getting my PF.
