on 15th June 2010 i resigned from my company Nalito Systems Ltd , Mumbai & was assured that i will get my PF amount within 3 months, PF account no MH/47234/9871, but till Feb 2011 i have not recevied my complete pf amount yet although my penssion amount of RS 14900/- has been recevied on 9th Dec'10.
but casue some mistake in my bank account no by the PF department my pf amount is still pending.
i have already make severals call but no proper responce.
and the matter is still pending.
so hereby i request you to please help me for the same.
i am highly thankful to you.

Now whenever i try to check the status online i get a reply that my claim is setelled but how can it be possible, tried calling on their helpline number but no response.

Please help as 8 months have already passed & i am still clueless about my money.

Hello Sir,

ex-employer ( Andromeda Marketing PVT.LTD ) had submitted form Five months ago. I am not
working anywhere and need my PF. Its been more than 5 months , I have not
yet received my hard earned money. As I told by the employer it should be

my employers,jp enterprises ltd.submitted my pf claim after certifying all formalities
but regret to say that after keeping pending my claim for a long period office of employees
pf organisation,regional office(Delhi south)wazirpur industrial area.returned my pf form
by giving irrational reason that my service in this firm is less than 6 months
so i am not eligible for claim.but I wish to say that if U don'twant to give me benifit of pf then atleast pay me my basic amount(both share employee's& employer's )which has been deducted from my salary plus interest on this amount.As far as I know that ther is no such rule that the basic amount will be seized by pf office in case of service less than 6 months.kindly
help me for getting back my basic amount,Also guide me what shoud I do in case pf dept

I filled pancard form 04-07-2011. I have recieved acknowledge with coupon no. 518977700 with fees Rs. 100. But I have not received my pancard due to wrong address mentioned by pancard department but I filled right address in the pancard application form.
