Dear Sir.

Since Oct 2008 I am trying to get my PF withdrawal from the Ex employer & PF Office But regret to quote the neither I have received my money nor any positive reply from Pf office.

Once again I am giving the details for your perusal request your help in getting my provident fund dues.

A) I was working with APPTIX SOFTWARE INDIA PVT. LTD ,5.B.J. ROAD, VMS HALL, MRSS BUILDING,NEAR SADHU VASWANI CHOWK, Pune 411019,from Oct 2006 to June 2008 . I left this company on 20th June 2008.Further I submitted my PF Withdrawal form to Pune office on Octomber 2008.

But nothing updates received from company or PF office.



Under such circumstances, please advise me the course of action for getting my PF withdrawal for the office. Please PF dept can take any action in this regards & settle the pending issues.
