I had submitted my PF withdrawal documents June 2011 but still i have not received the PF money in my a/c.

After taking regular followups from the company HR they submited the form in August 2011. The online status shows that the document is submitted by compzny to pf office on 10th Sept 2011 and status is work in progress. How much days will it take to deposit the money. to whom should i contact?
i have also raised a grievance and the registeration no. is ROBND/E/2011/250005 on 5th dec 2011

Request you to please release the pf amount in my A/C. Its over 7 months since the process has started.

My company Systopic Labs Pvt. Ltd.AND Aviva Life Insurance Co. India Ltd., had submitted my PF withdrawal form in December, 2009; but till date I have not received any response from the Pf department. This year I had sent my aunt who stays in Delhi to inquire about the status of the same. She was informed during the visit by the concerned person that the cheques were returned by the bank in the month of April or May, 2011, about which I was not intimidated. I was given forms, which were filled and signed and stamped by the bank were submitted by my aunt along with my cancelled cheques on 12th September, 2011. But even after more than three months have passed, I am yet to receive my amount, wherein the concerned person had told my aunt that I would receive the money within 45 days. All when two years of submitting my form.

Dear sir,

I was working in sterlite technologies limited, silvassa branch in year 2007sept -2011 feb. My PF account was MH/32343/812. After my resigning from sterlite technologies limited in feb 2011 i was applied for providend fund withdrawl in the month of june 2011. but till date i have not received any message or money. where is the problem. the authority of sterlite technologies said that they have submitted the form in pune providend fund office. my claim id for form 19 is PUPUN110800005466 and for form 10c is PUPUN110800005477. Please let me know where is the fault.

The company has further submitted the same with PF office in Mumbai in March 2010. I have been checking the status on EPFO website, wherein it is being showing under Process.
Kindly request your intervention for faster processing of the same. Since, as per my understanding the Turnaround time for PF office is 60 days.

I submitted all the forms for PF withdrawal after my exit at my previous employer Sapient, Its been almost 5 months now but no response. Now they are asking me to pay the bond amount since I left the company 2 months before the agreement ends.Please do the needful.
