I took this connection in Jan2012. After the connection very next day itself the internet went down and after registering the complaint it almost took a week time to fix it since the line snapped from the box and no service represntative could notice it. Later on the internet never used to connect intermitently and very slow. I logged another 2 complaints in this regard and nothing much happened. Along with connection airtel started to charge some antivirus fees and I had called the helpdesk may times to cancel the package as my PC already had a antivirus installed. But airtel kept adding additional amout. Airtel billing never gave me any break up for the disruptions caused to the serivce and they expect that the bill should be paid even there is no service available. Wrose than this was the initial connection process. 2 boys came saying they are from airtel and represting some monikha enterprises and a guy called Ravindra. They filled up the information required and also collected Rs. 800/- saying the first month rent would be free and never gave me a bill. Following are the email id's of that group which later asked me to send a Pan card copy. monikhaenterprises@gmail.com sathish143satya@gmail.com.
Whenever I call airtel to disconnect they try to give some or the other reason and try to stall the issue and disconnection & used to say sir please adjust this time from next time there won't be any issues. I am going to file a fraud case against monikha enterprises & Ravindara on cheating and send notice to them from my lawyer. I am just trying to hold on the mobile number of Ravindra which is on the connection sheet provided. Airtel is asking me to settle the remaining amount to which there are no bills sent to me since I am the airtel mobile user from past 8 years & the address is alreday available with & this is the kind of service I get for my loyalty. I am going to move from Aritel and ask my family members also to move from Aritel to new service provider.
