Hi Fullerton team,

I took a loan 10 months back and the sales rep told me that after the 9th payment my instalments will decrease but on the 10th payment Fullerton asked me to pay the same instalment sa the 1st one. this is ridicules .. i called customer support and they said that for 48 months i will have the pay the same emi amt of 4100 for the whole tenure. when i called the sales rep he said that "sir only if you top-up the amt will reduce". what is going on here . lots of people told me not to take a loan with Fullerton cause they are big cheats and i was so stupid to go with u guys. i am telling u guys again i am not going to pay any more money till u guys are going to sort out this issue and no one has called me even after so many complaints.
