Hi,

I bought one postpaid Datacard in August-2011.

Next month I got bill on my personal mail.Without verifying the Bill I paid all bill.Due to poor Network connectivity I asked to disconnect the service.

Later,After one week,I got another bill saying your bill is pending.On asking customer care I found they had given wrong bill.I asked him to disconnect that bill
but they didn't.

In January.I paid all my bills even though I have disconnected in September and haven't used that datacard since then,

Even after complaining no body listen.They keep on sending bills and Harass me to pay Bill.

My Question is "Why should i pay bill ? Even though I haven't used it and Due to customer care mistake I am keep on getting Bills?"

Please take appropriate action.
