Hi,

I have purchased croma washing machine i.e. 21/12/2011. Since purchased of this washing machine, i'm facing alot of problems. I have raised a request on 9/6/2012 and daily i'm giving a call to croma customer care center(18002583636), following up the request. Eventhough not getting proper response from customer care center(rudely they missbehave with me) and it's located in aditya mall croma center. 6/16/2012, yesterday i.e on saturday visited to croma center. They have told me, they will send the technician...but as of now no technician visited to see the washing machine.

This washing machine had the 2years warranty and additional paid for extended warranty. It's really pathetic,no one has taken my request on high priority. I want to return this electronics good ASAP, since facing alot of problems with this washing machine. Please suggest, what needs to be done for next further step.
