I have applied for the Credit card thru online. I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, Because I didn't not any letter copy from HDFC bank. Pls do the needful.

Dear Honorable Judge

My HDFC Credit card application 12061211200810N2 has been disapproved as it is showing on the website ( HDFC Credit card application status ).

I am working in a reputed company equivalent to HDFC i.e. HCL Infosystems Ltd from the past 4 years which is in Class A in list of HDFC credit card custsomers.

Why have they disapproved my credit card application and insulted to core.

When asked to HDFC personal, we get un ethical answers.

Please guide if i shall register FIR/Complaint(Mental harassment ) on HDFC MD/personal as i have been mentally harrased by this unethicaal and low class organization.

THIS IS CHESHTA , I AM WORKING WITH ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS FROM LAST 2 YEAR .ON 20th August 2012 I SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS FOR CREDIT CARD TO GUY NAMED VIKAS CHAUHAN(9540722326).One of your representative lady called me about the HDFC Credit card said i am from HDFC main branch.. and after collecting the documents by VIKAS CHAUHAN said will let me know the status.. I didn't got any message from bank .. I called VIKAS after 10 Days about my card status He replied me that i will let you know by EOD or you can call customer service no...I Called cust service the representative picked the call and told me that your application has been rejected I asked about the status that why my application got rejected then he told me that the reason is not showing here you can call us after 4 days we will tell you the status i called them after 5 days again they told me that we don't know the reason but you will get a letter from bank side .....after 1 month again one person called me about the same HDFC Credit Card I told them the reason But They told me that's OK Mam you can Give us a Documents again ....I submitted the documents again to Sunil(9891574495) He collected the documents from my Office and He told me that your you will get your credit card for sure..... After 15days I called Sunil that tell me a status of my application ....He respond too rudely that i do not have any information you can call cust care ...I called cust service they told me the same thing that your application has been rejected and the reason is not showing here so you will get a letter from bank side at your home address and also the online status is not showing I called customer service as well twice they also said its not updated why it got rejected .. I HAVEN'T GOT ANY SUITABLE ANSWER ..VERY BAD RESPONDS FROM HDFC PEOPLE..


PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND DO THE NEEDFUL AND PLEASE INFORM ME CAN I GET CREDIT CARD OR NOT???

My HDFC Credit card application 13011716652470S2 has been disapproved status updated in HDFC CC tracking

I am working in a reputed company Sony India Software centre pvt. ltd. I have all my business transaction with HDFC Bank, got savings account, RD, FD, insurance policies
I dont understand on what basis Bank disapproved my credit card application & when I called customer care asking for reason, he replied its confidential & wait for the letter issued by Bank & can later apply for reprocess.
Myself didn't apply for credit card, Bank representative called me & convinced me to apply saying that they are offering a Free Platinum credit card with no charges.
In that case how can Bank declined my application ?

When asked to HDFC personal, we get unethical answers.

Every time customer support team was after lift the phone put on receiver on side...

Sir i think there is some thing scam is goingon behind HDFC bank creditcard applications bcz everybody saying we submitted all required documents but still they are disapproving with out any reason, so please respond on this issue sir.

I have also submitted my documents to Deepak (9250019658). But after that day he never received my calls.
I can see that its not only happenning to me, so I am worried if they use my documents for illegal things. Maybe they can take out a credit card in my name and use it. I dont understand for what they would collect so many documents from so many people.

I have applied for credit card on 13.04.2013 and i got my application reference number (13041318624240s1 ) on 16.04.2013. But still now i did't get the response , i even called the customer care and asked about the status but they didn't give me a correct solution. They said that your application ref num says record not found. Than why HDFC should provide me the ref num and should collect my documents and waste my time, really very bad service.

Dear Sir:

I have applied for a HDFC Bank Credit Card. The credit credit application number is 13041815850530E8. As asked for I have submitted all the required documents and the same are collected from me by the Bank's agent named Pradumnya Mahapatra on behalf of the Bank. But now the status of my application on the Bank's portal is showing "Disapproved" and in the remarks column it is written as " Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in any way on your credit standing or your financial stability", which means the disapproval of my cc application has been done without any good or valid reasons.

In view of the above, I request you to kindly look into the issue as to the legitimacy of disapproving my credit card application and if found contrary direct the bank to approve my cc application and issue me the credit card.
